The New King

It had been almost three months now since Xanxus had become king. Though months had gone by it felt as if only yesterday the events that unfolded and lead way to this revelation had occurred. Xanxus began to think back on the infiltration of the Shark Tooth Castle, the battle against the Royal Guards, and finally his confrontation with his father, The King of the Raging Sea. It had been a tough battle, tougher than he had initially thought. Though he had tried a coup d'etat years earlier and knew the wrath that he would incite from the King, he pressed on. He had grown stronger over his years of exile, and he would how foolish his father was for letting him live. Though Xanxus was grateful for the compassion he was shown by his father in exiling him instead of sentencing him to death, that decision also showed the weakness that the King had. A king should never show compassion, especially in circumstances such as that one. They should rule with an Iron Fist, and when that rule is questioned they should kill all who question it unquestionably.

This was the view that Xanxus had and this would be the rule that the Raging Sea would live under soon enough. Xanxus made his way to the throne room and finally confronted his father. As he met him face to face one again, the scars that his father had inflicted upon him all those years ago began to lightly throb, almost in anticipation of gaining vengeance for their creation. His father showed him the same disappointed face from all those years ago, but this time it was evident that he wouldn't make the same mistake of letting him live again. The battle ensued, and a magnificent battle it was. It raged for over two hours and it soon came to a close with a battle worn Xanxus holding his revolver, Tsunami, to his Fathers head. In his kneeling position, his father pleaded for Xanxus to end this ridiculous ambition. He tired to explain to Xanxus that if he carried out this plan that the Raging Sea would become a battleground, filled with death and destruction. Xanxus simply laughed, his father had everything wrong. He wouldn't allow others to set foot in his kingdom, he'd kill them all before they even got the chance. Xanxus then responded to his Father's sentiments with a grin and pulled the trigger, ending his reign and starting his own.Xanxus then holstered his weapon and slowly limped his way to the throne, taking a seat that had been years in the making. It was time for him to show the true strength that the Raging Sea held.

Xanxus decided that it was time to stop reminiscing and put his plans into motion. He had given his nation long enough time to get acquainted with their new rule, and it was now time to put this rule into effect. Though many may have still been in shock with the sudden way that his Father was taken out of power and Xanxus was placed into it, right now it made no difference to Xanxus. Those who still had ill feelings against him, they'd be dealt with soon enough. Xanxus then turned his attention to one of his Royal Guards and called him over. The guard was reluctant, but soon followed his order. Xanxus then procedded to voice an order to the man, "I want you to get my ship ready and prepped for transport in less than an hour." The guard quickly nodded and ran out of the throne room.

While Xanxus thought about where exactly he was headed, many thoughts went through his mind. There were many places that he could go, but one place in particular stuck out in his mind. A grin then spread across his face, "It's time I paid visit to an old friend of mines..." Almost as soon as this was uttered a voice over a loudspeaker came on. "Your Highness, your ship is now ready for transport." The King quickly stood, making his way out of the throne room while accompanied by his guards.
