Character's Attitude/Personality: Ryou is a care free and fun loving kind of guy. He loves to run and enjoy life for what it is. When he gets mad he'll pretty much just go on a rampage. When he's trying to figure something out he goes to the highest place possible and looks up to the sky.

Techniques:
Technique #1. Extreme Atmosphere: Allows Ryou to blast a wave of wind from his palms.

Technique #2. Gale Blade: Allows Ryou to form a high density blade shaped form of wind in his hand

Weapon(s): Ryou normally carries around a sword to his side that seems very old and the cloth on the hilt is tattered and falling off. The blade has clearly been remade many times from breaking. The sheath is a cobalt blue and has surprisingly no signs of being damaged.

Special Traits: when Ryou is attacked it feels as if the blow is softened because of a gust of wind surging around the wound.

History: In a Forest as a young child, Ryou longed to be a great fighter and trained fighting against wild animals. He hid this from his parents and at his home town he was known as "unreliable" or "useless" Ryou. This was because when ever he made a promise he would forget and go off out of no where. after two years of this there was a freak storm that caused his village to be destroyed. Ryou, unknowing of this was training in the Forest. when he came back he found all of his friends and family dead. He cried over his lost and the following day he then dug everyone a grave and buried them where the Village once was. After this Ryou decided to leave his home and Travel the world on his own. Facing many hardships along the way. He tries to always keep a smile no matter what happens. He keeps smiling for those who lost their lives without one. He spends his time wondering, looking for a good time. He fights for sport and nothing else unless completely Necessary. He never tries to kill his enemies. When he gets annoyed he goes as high as he can and just looks to the sky. even now all he dose is travel, fight, and look to the sky. he hopes one day to become a king. his goals and dreams mean a lot to him because they're all he's got. he tries to help those who need it by using his skills to protect the weaker and also loves to see people smile.

RP Sample: Ryou got bored one day so he decided to run off and play on top of a tower. He was having fun until he slipped and almost feel off the roof. "bwaaaahhh!!" he exclaims as he slides down off the edge but before he falls to far he grabs the edge of the tower and uses a gale of wind to help himself back up.
