HISTORY: Akihiro was born not in a village of the Raging Sea, but on the raging sea itself. His parents were traders who hailed from the land of Raging sea but travelled to different continents to trade their wares. Akihiro was born on Mizuchi, the boat his family owned, during a long return trip from the burning nation. Unfortunately in the course of this same trip a terrible storm rocked the boat throwing everyone overbaord and causing it to capsize and sink, killing both of Akihiro's parents and giving him the scar that extends over his right eye.

By some miraculous turn of fate Akihiro managed to survive the wreckage by forming a domed layer of ice around his newly born self and was eventually spotted and rescued by another merchant ship that was also returning to the Raging Sea. Upon making port at one of Atrei Ripple's various ports, the merchants placed Akihiro in the care of an orphanage. Where he spent the first 11 years of his life. His time in the orphanage was an enjoyable one he was constantly surrounded by friends who like him had an aptitude for controlling water, although he was the only one who could create ice, and he came to know them and accept them as his brothers. At the age of 11 he and four other of his "brothers" was adopted by their "older brother" named Hanzo, who had left the orphanage a number of years ago and had become a mercenary for hire.

Life outside of the orphanage was a big change for Akihiro, who had been institutionalised for as long as he could remember. Even so he adjusted accordingly. As Hanzo was a mercenary for hire he often left his other brothers to fend for themselves in order to go and complete an assignment; one these occasions Akihiro often took a leading role amongst the brothers of the waves (as his band of adopted brothers liked to call themselves ) as his charismatic & commanding nature often enabled him to get things done effectively. For 4 years they remained as a makeshift family, the father a mercenary heading off to kill whenever he got the chance and the children practicing their skills so as to oneday join him. It was when Akihiro turned 15 and the rest of his brothers similar ages, when Hanzo first allowed them to accompany him on a mission. It was on this very mission where tragedy struck, a tragedy that would fuel the deep seated hatred Akihiro has for fire and wind elementals.

The mission was meant to be straight forward, two targets pegged for elimination one a pirate that was plaguing the residents on the east coast of Atrei Ripples, the other a black market gun salesman. (Hanzo only ever took missions that benefited the Raging Sea & its citizens). The brothers in the waves would split into two teams, Akihiro and Hanzo in one team the other brothers would make up the other team. However the mission went array when Hanzo and Akihiro eliminated their target(the pirate) but ran into trouble when a fire elemental who'd been chasing the pirate caught up with them and attacked them mistaking the duo for the pirates allies. Hanzo lost his life portecting Akihiro and the fire elemental managed to escape. The other band were all killed by a wind elemental who the black market dealer had hired as a guard. As such Akihiro found himself alone.

It took a whole year for Akihiro to get his vengeance on the black market dealer & the wind elemental , he killed the wind elemental by the use of his Aqua Javelin technique and he eliminated the dealer by evisceration but he never did manage to find the fire elemental. Although he had merely been dispensing the justice he so richly deserved he was still incarcerated and sentenced to life imprisonment. However he only served half a year of his sentence, before he was offered a deal. Serve the king of Raging Sea as a member of the royal guard or perish in the prison. Naturally Akihiro chose freedom over death in the squalor of the prison. He's now a member of the royal guard, his loyalty and skills in battle having been proven on a number of occasions.

OTHER FACTS: Akihiro is sometimes known as Mizuchi, which loosely translates to water dragon. He took on this monicker in memory of his parents and because of his ability to control the element of water. He also has a number of back tatoo's, each of a different animal: a tiger, a koi fish, a bison, a monkey and an eagle. Each animal tatoo corresponds to a different brother.

TECHNIQUES: Aqua Javelin - Akihiro collects a ball of water infront of his index finger before commanding it to shoot forward in a straight line in an attempt to pierce through his enemy. The trail it leaves behind makes it look like a javelin.

Ice buzzsaw- Akihiro creates a disk out of water and using his ability to manipulate ice forces it to rotate at highspeed, enabling it to slicethrough his enemy.
